Our team

Ms. Bugajny
With over 13 years of experience working with children, I am deeply passionate about supporting young learners as they grow, explore and develop confidence in themselves. My journey in education has been driven by a genuine love for guiding children through meaningful learning experiences and
fostering a nurturing, respectful environment where each child feels valued.
I hold both an Infant and Toddler Montessori Diploma and an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Diploma, which have provided me with a strong foundation in child development and Montessori philosophy. These qualifications allow me to thoughtfully support each child’s individual learning path while encouraging independence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.
Currently, I am the Lead Teacher in a Pre-Casa classroom, where I am honored to guide young learners during this important stage of development. I truly look forward to watching my students flourish, discover their unique strengths and grow into confident, capable individuals.

Ms. Stuttard
I am an Educational Assistant at CCMS, with over 20 years of experience in education. My career began in England in a secondary school setting, before moving to Canada and discovering my passion for the Montessori approach to learning.
Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting the Casa, Pre-Casa and Toddler classes, where I have developed a deep appreciation for child-led learning and the importance of nurturing curiosity and fostering a child’s confidence and independence. My own three children have all attended CCMS, allowing me to experience the welcoming community as a parent and then as an educator.
Having both perspectives has strengthened my commitment to creating nurturing, respectful and engaging learning environments for every child. I am currently pursuing my qualifications to become a Registered Early Childhood Educator and I am passionate about continuing to grow and learn alongside the children I support each day.

Ms. Kaur
I am currently the lead teacher of Casa Yellow. I am AMI trained with a MACTE Early Childhood Montessori diploma. It has been my privilege to teach at CCMS for the past 10 years and it has truly been a rewarding experience. My Montessori career has spanned 18 years, including the wonderful opportunity to work overseas for four years. That was truly a life-changing adventure; I worked with children from diverse backgrounds and countries. My teaching skills were honed in those experiences, as I applied the vital Montessori philosophy into practice.
It was on this assignment that I first learned the importance of collaboration with my students’ parents. Sharing the holistic approach of the Montessori philosophy of education with parents is vital to the growth of children, not only academically, but as well-rounded people.
I strongly believe that positivity is a key to learning. Having a balanced approach to teaching has always been beneficial to the holistic development of our students; I strive to implement this approach in my classroom. That positive approach is paramount in overcoming obstacles and unlocking every child’s success. Nothing gives me greater joy than seeing my students grow into curious and caring individuals.
